I consider my boss, the clients and other stakeholders I serve. I would describe the current structure as needed due to limited funding and staff. The cost efficiency is ideal; however, the situation limits the business opportunity for growth. Service effectiveness is great from the logistical standpoint. However, the other areas of customer service sometimes suffer. Being that I am the co-owner, it is hard to grow the business when I am worried about the best route for our trucks to travel.
